The property of 1210m² is located on the edge of the lagoon, on Haapiti, in the immediate vicinity of the Tiki Village (about 300 meters) in a quiet area.

The villa is Polynesian style and was renovated in 2020.

It consists of 5 bedrooms, two of which are "master suite" type, one of which has a private bathroom.
However, an additional bathroom is available in the house.

If you book for 11, you will have access to the whole house.
If you book for less than 6 people we offer a special reduced rate, so note that one to two rooms will not be available.
The property includes a kitchen with a flat pass on the terrace and lagoon, and a covered terrace of 55m² to which is added an open air space of 80m². A small swimming pool will also delight the occupants!

Overlooking the beach, a translucent 48m² deck dominates the lagoon.

A two-person kayak and a gas barbecue are available.

NB: For the moment, the pool does not have a fence, monitoring or security alarm. Vigilance is therefore essential for the little ones. You are asked to watch young children at all times.

The agency cannot be held responsible for any incident related to the swim of both children & adults.

We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
